Returns on eligible items (i.e. products purchased on our website Caniweed.com) are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with your order information found on either your original online receipt, email invoice or the invoice that arrived with your package. To return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
Receiving a Refund
A full refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.
NOTE: Refunds do not include any extra shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items upon arrival at buyer’s destination.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
Refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in the exchange rate.
In case of a discrepancy between the original charge and the refund, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to issue you a store credit in the amount of the difference, less any shipping charges.
Also note that, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
CaneWeed does not cover the cost of insurance, lost or undelivered items during returns.

When Should I Expect a Refund
Processing time for returns from the time the returned package is received by us is usually under 5 business days.
Upon receipt of your returned items, we will send you a confirmatory email to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.
We will then return in full the amount paid at the beginning of the purchase.
